CE Credits

If you are requesting a CEE/TQ exam(s) or would like to obtain an AOA Paraptometric Section certificate of course completion from Midwest Eyecare Congress be sure to complete the appropriate form(s) on-site. These forms are available at online, at Conference Registration and in your conference packet. Completed forms must be turned into Conference Registration before departing. If you do not complete a form on-site, you will not receive the appropriate forms and/or credit.

You are responsible for checking the final approval status of all courses for which you registered. Do not assume that your courses are automatically approved. Check all State Boards approvals, ABO, NCLE, COPE, and AOA Paraoptometric Section via the Midwest Eyecare Congress website at www.midwesteyecarecongress.com. All approval lists will be available on-site near Conference Registration.
