CE Credits

If you are requesting a CEE/TQ exam from Midwest Eyecare Congress, be sure to complete the appropriate form on-site. Forms are available online and at conference registration. Completed forms must be turned into conference registration before departing. If you do not complete a form on-site, you will not receive the appropriate forms and/or credit.

The 2010 Midwest Eyecare Congress courses have been submitted to COPE for consideration of continuing education credit approval. Course approval information is available on the course descriptions web pages and the COPE website. Although these courses have been submitted, it is your responsibility to verify course approvals. Midwest Eyecare Congress will not be responsible for courses that have not received accreditation.

You will have the opportunity to modify your course selections after you have registered by faxing your changes to (815) 753-6900 or e-mailing outreachregistration@niu.edu. Alternatively, changes can be made on-site at the registration desk.
